HAPPY BIRTHDAY ADDY SHEA!
Birthday Blessings to a Wonderful Gift straight from God! She is such a joy and delight to be with and its been a great 14 years to watch her walk, talk, flourish and aspire into the wonderful young lady that she is. The Love she has in her heart sends out all into our family! She is precious not only inside but on the outside too. She is always looking out to help with anything or with anyone. She is well beyond her years, but yet loves to laugh, smile and play jokes on everyone.
The Glory of God has radiated from her since day one! She is well developed strong in the Lord and we look forward to see what the Lord has for her.
She was born on a Thursday March 4, 1999 at 3:45pm
weighing in at 9 lbs 14 oz
We look forward to the rest of her wonderful years ahead, and everything the Lord has before her!
“‘For I know the plans I have for you,’ says the Lord. ‘They are plans for good…to give you a future and a hope.’” JEREMIAH 29:11
Happy Birthday Addison Shea Bratcher #14
We Love you!, Dad, Mom, BB and Hannah!
This was her 1 st. Bday party
I remember picking that dress out yesterday....
18 months old here
This was Addy while pouting.... not wanting to leave.....
8th Graduation last year, she was an usher...
So for her birthday this year she wanted to go to the Cheesecake Factory to eat and it was GREAT! We did a little shopping, where she actually lost a bag with some running shorts that we had just bought, but all in all it was a great day. I told her it can always be worse. We ended the day with going to the movies to see Safe Haven. Was a great day! Blessed!
As I watched the Bible Series tonight, I am reminded yet again, that our own children are not are own at all. Abraham displaying that with his son Isaac showed us that. I believe God was testing him to see just where he stood with that and to see genuine faith on display. And knowing that Isaac was not his own but God's was overwhelming to me. Could I have acted on that, would I have been as faithful as Abraham to do that. Trusting God and reminding myself that every true gift is from above and nothing is our own. "Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the
heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows." James 1:17
So God Chuck and I both trust you with this, and with all of my girls. Even as I try to mold them in the way they should go, I should know and trust that you have perfect provision for them all, and that your ways are better than mine. I will honor and trust you and do my best to raise them to know you and your son!
